STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We require  100% deposit if a booking is for 1 or 2 nights,   66% for  3 nights and 50% for 4 nights or  longer.  Deposits on long term accommodation are negotiable.

4.  Reception (e.g. cash or credit card  payment by a friend or relative)

Please note:

We only accept direct bank deposits / electronic transfers made within the borders of South Africa.   On request, we may allow international guests to make a direct bank deposit  when they arrive in South Africa. 

Credit card guarantee / deposit:

When you make a booking enquiry, we will inform you if your credit card details will be used as guarantee OR deposit.

For a booking that is made only a few days before the arrival date, credit card details will only be used as a guarantee. Guests can settle the bill on arrival in either cash or by credit card.  In the event of a "no show" or LATE cancellation, the required deposit will be taken manually from the credit card.

When a booking is made long in advance, we will take the required deposit immediately from the card.

STANDARD CANCELLATON  POLICY

Guest must cancel at least:

A.   2 days in advance, if the value of a booking is less than R500
B.   4 days in advance, if the value of a booking is between R500 and R1000
C.   5 days in advance, if the value of a booking is between R1000 and R1500
D.   7 days in advance, if the value of a booking is more than  R1500 

10% Administration fee is payable on all refunds.  (e.g. if you paid R300 deposit, we will refund R270).  
Guest may also qualify for a partial refund after a LATE cancellation, depending on new bookings.
